Accessibility

Accessibility at Officiora.

Officiora is working to make its marketplace, professional network, community, products and services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our approach

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target and continue to review keyboard access, focus visibility, reduced-motion preferences, semantic structure, form labeling, color contrast, responsive reflow and assistive-technology support as the platform evolves.

Need assistance?

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using Officiora, contact us and describe the page, feature or task involved. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

What to include in a report

Share the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier you encountered, and what you expected to happen. If useful, include your device, browser, and assistive technology, along with steps that reproduce the issue. A screenshot or description of the affected control can help us investigate.

Do not include passwords, payment details, private account documents, or other sensitive information. Tell us your preferred way to receive a response and whether you need help accessing a particular piece of information.

Scope and ongoing work

Our accessibility target describes the standard we are working toward; it is not a claim that every page or downloadable resource has passed an independent conformance assessment. Marketplace files and linked third-party services can have different accessibility characteristics. If a resource or workflow presents a barrier, identify it in your report so we can review the specific issue and discuss available assistance.
