Built for practical application.
Measure comparable acquisition cohorts, calculate channel CAC, assess experiments and prioritize funnel improvements.
An eight-sheet conversion workbook covering sequential acquisition cohorts, stage and overall conversion, channel aggregation, blended and channel CAC, an experiment log with a normal-approximation confidence bound, an improvement plan, governance and release criteria. Includes 20 prepared cohort rows, fictional worked examples, a tailored seven-page implementation guide in DOCX and PDF, and the Officiora Originals license. Macro-free XLSX.
Putting this resource to work
Suggested workflow based on the resource’s published scope. Adapt it to your organization and review the included instructions before use.
Before you begin
Gather sequential acquisition-cohort counts and consistently defined acquisition spend. Confirm that contacts, leads, qualified prospects and customers refer to the same cohort and observation window.
Suggested workflow
Replace the example cohorts, inspect input exceptions, and compare stage conversion, channel CAC and blended totals. Use Experiment Log for comparable independent tests and Improvement Plan to turn supported findings into owned actions.
Review before relying on the result
Aggregate rates use matching totals rather than an average of percentages. Resolve duplicate or inconsistent cohorts and undefined denominators. The experiment confidence bound uses a normal approximation and requires adequate counts; it does not establish causality or commercial value.
