OFFICIORA FILE INTELLIGENCE · PRIVATE EVIDENCE LAYER

Your private documents become decision intelligence.

Securely upload reports, plans, decks, policies, screenshots, charts, diagrams, meetings, interviews, and calls. Ask questions across the full evidence base, inspect visual information with multimodal vision, verify current external facts with live research, and give Officiora Agent access to the same owner-scoped knowledge.

Quantitative analysis

Analyze a private CSV or Excel workbook with a bounded hosted calculation environment. Use this for cohorts, distributions, anomalies, reconciliations, historical trends, and spreadsheet calculations.

Use private files as controlled evidence

File Intelligence is designed for professional analysis, not blind automation. Upload only material you are authorized to share and verify consequential conclusions against the underlying documents.

Separate the record from interpretation

Private documents and visual files are treated as the primary record. Live internet research can verify current external facts, but it does not replace what the documents actually state. Officiora separates file citations, external sources and model inference so you can inspect the basis for a conclusion.

Ask bounded, decision-relevant questions

Request a contradiction review, evidence audit, risk memorandum, diligence checklist or decision comparison. Identify the decision, deadline and consequence of being wrong. Narrow prompts produce more defensible answers than an instruction to summarize everything.

Protect confidential information

Documents, images, and audio are stored in a private Officiora bucket. Documents may be sent to OpenAI for private indexing; visual files are sent only when analyzed; audio is transcribed into a private searchable transcript. Do not upload information you are prohibited from sharing, regulated data without an appropriate legal basis, or secrets that should remain outside third-party systems. Delete documents when they are no longer required.
